Through the nightly light performances, Tom hopes to raise cash for those in need, and has even attracted the attention of Disney’s lighting designers. This Frozen-inspired lighting display is sure to tug at the heartstrings of young children around the world. The Texas display by John Storms claims to be ultra-green, costing just $6 in electricity for the whole season, and includes 25,000 lights, including a cactus, which he and his wide found on the side of the road.
