Earthy New Build Family Home
With an empty white blank canvas, this new build was destined to become the warm and welcoming home for my lovely client Mel and Ken, their new baby Emma and two corgis.
Having helped Mel and Ken with their previous city centre apartment 5 years ago, I already understood their tastes and need for a hassle-free turn key service.
From the sumptuous master bedroom, to the airy living room, moody dining space and playful nursery – every room in this home was given the same attention to detail.
And each space flows from the next with an earthy, textured feeling, echoing Japandi-design but made for modern living.
“One of my favourite elements in this project,” explains Hannah, “was the repeated use of reeded oak throughout the hallway and ground floor bathroom. I love the way it creates a rhythmic contemporary texture which adds deoth and warmth to walls.”
Each room is filled with touchable textures from hessian robe panels, to pleated velvet headboards, statement lighting and rich greens.
