Simplistic Modern Period Home

A charming Victorian home for a professional couple, who’s love of natural wood and local art and music were celebrated throughout their home.

An open plan dining and sitting area was created to provide entertainment space, allowing the front living room to feel cosy and intimate for movie nights and a glass of wine.
The entryway, although narrow, offers lots of hidden storage under the stairs and a brand new ground floor washroom tucked out of view.

The master bedroom feels serene and restful with a palette of soft blues and greens, against oak pieces the client already cherished. The guest bedroom has added interest with a pretty feather inspired fabric, warm greys and again touches of natural wood.

Throughout the interior, modern lighting pieces highlight varying zones and a palette of greys, greens, blues and warm whites keep the rooms feeling fresh and timeless. Prints introduce detail to the sitting room and ground floor washroom, and the restored oak floors create a welcoming warmth to the entire ground floor.
